Sikon Tax Services is an independently owned and operated family business with roots dating back to 1967. The late John L. Sikon was inspired to study tax law and launch his own tax business after receiving poor advice from a "tax professional" at a well-known franchise office decades ago. This incident planted the seed for what would eventually become a successful father/daughter family business.

While in middle school, John’s daughter, Linna, began performing clerical work in her father’s business. John mentored Linna in the tax business, and the two worked side by side for many years until his passing in 1999. Linna continued in the family business, earning her Enrolled Agent (EA) status in 2007.

The family tradition is now in its third generation, as Linna has mentored her daughter, Kristin Knockeart, who is also part of the family firm. Kristin, following in her mother's footsteps, earned her Enrolled Agent status in 2025. Today, Linna Sikon-Rokuski owns and operates Sikon Tax Services, upholding the commitment to accurate, expert services at reasonable rates established by her father.
